Site Traffic Enhancement maintenance is $25 per month
per portal page - Maintenance includes SE position tracking.
These annual maintenance contracts include the indicated
number of hours per month of effort from any of our services. If additional
time is needed in any one month, we allow the indicated additional hours
at the indicated rate. Any more time needed within that month will be
billed at our standard rates shown above. MediaCraft will accurately
log the hours needed to maintain and enhance client's website. No work
other than routine maintenance will be done without client's authorization.
If routine maintenance plus authorized work exceeds the indicated hours,
MediaCraft will bill client accordingly. In any event, at the end of
each month MediaCraft will supply to client a log of the hours spent
maintaining client's website plus an invoice for any hours in excess
of the indicated hours.
Quarterly contracts
Quarterly contracts are similar to the contracts above
with a quarterly cost of three times the monthly contracts minus a 10%
discount, but note that the base cost is due at the beginning of each
quarter. The effort is also measured quarterly - e.g., the standard
contract includes 75 hours of effort per quarter (but no more than 120
DHTML pages per quarter) plus 30 hours @ $75 per hour for a quarterly
fee of $2160 (a savings of $240). This plan offers advantages to companies
with large seasonal projects.
Accumulator contracts
Accumulator contracts are similar to the contracts above
but (for an additional charge of 25%) hours not used in one month can
be carried over to the next month. However, the contracts are annual
and no hours can be carried over from one contract to the next.
